He is a 1.5 year old distinguished gentleman, tuxedo cat. He is fixed, up-to-date on shots, and tested fiv negative. He will be due for shots at the end of December.
He's nicknamed the fry guy because he magically materializes out of thin air when anyone brings fries in the house. He loves to sit and watch the birds or TV with you too.
Figaro loves scratches on his nf and behind his ears. He is fine with dogs, kids, and cats; he catnaps with the older ones but much prefers to play with the kittens.

She is an adorable black female kitten, about 3-4 months old. She has tested negative for fiv and been to the vet. She has some bumps on her skin the vet said we're an allergic reaction to her previous environment, but she's finished her medicine now.
Sangria has super soft fur and stunning yellow eyes. She also has the softest mew for attention. Sangria craves attention and will paw at you to make sure you know she wants petted.

She is fixed and about 7 months old with her first set of kitten shots. Princess is very shy and takes a while to trust. That just makes the time she finally trusts you so much sweeter. She would do best with another furry friend. She wants to play but just isn't sure what to do. She's a precious princess, just like her name, with a prefect sit where she even wraps her tail around her onto her feet.
If you have room in your home and heart to give her space to trust, you won't regret the love she can show you in return.

She is a beautiful little girl black kitten. She is approximately 3-4 months old. My phone thinks she's a Bombay cat, but who knows? She and her litter mates have hints of shadow fur (black with white/ gray undercoat).
Mimosa loves to roll upside down and be goofey for attention. She is also an absolute cuddle bug, you'd think she was starved for attention.
Mimosa has tested negative for fiv. She had some bumps that were checked by a vet who thought it was an allergic reaction to her previous environment, so she's on the mend and finished her antibiotics.

Lila (affectionately known as Little Lila Bean) is playful, curious, and full of joy, while Brookes is the softer soul of the pair, happiest snuggled in a cozy lap or following her foster mom around for quiet companionship.
Both girls are crate trained, making progress with potty training and leash walking, and have even mastered a few stairs! They’ll thrive with a patient family who can provide gentle guidance and understanding for their special needs. Their fluffy poodle coats will need regular grooming to stay soft and mat-free.

Adopt Sammy ("Sam Sam")
She is a sweet 6 year old, female, bully/lab mix with an infectious smile! Sammy is spayed and current with her vaccinations.
Just like people, Sammy has had a colorful past and her own personality. She has previously shown to be reactive to other dogs and cats and protective of her space/kennel. Sammy has made wonderful progress on being polite and sitting and waiting before meals and at the door before going in and outside. She is also excelling at slow introductions to others dogs outside of her kennel space.
There is such hope for Sammy. She wants to be the good girl, devoted companion, front seat riding "partner in crime."
At this time, it is recommended that Sammy be the only dog in the home, and with older children/teenagers who know how to respect a dog's boundaries.
Sweet Sammy is currently residing with her veterinarian in Greeneville TN. Transport is available to an approved foster or adopter. Please contact Juliette at 304-270-0210 for more information about Sammy.
Sammy was slated for euthanasia but was saved when we agreed to help network her!

Meet Vera!
4 yr old Female Labradoodle
She was recently separated from her puppies but has adjusted so well! As soon as her milk supply is dried up she will be ready for her vet appointment!
She loves humans big and small. Her big brown eyes will stare at you until you love on her. She may be 66lbs but in her heart she wants to be a lap dog. She is equal parts affectionate and playful. She has recently discovered dog toys and bones. She would be fine being the only family dog or having another doggie sibling, as long as they are introduced slowly and Vera has a safe space to call her own. She LOVES her crate with a dog bed inside and cover on top.

🐾 Very Smart- has learned the following commands: come, sit, don’t (if she is playful and snags a sock), ring bell to go outside (emerging)
🐾loves having a back yard and space to explore off leash
🐾 We have not yet tried taking walks in the neighborhood. When she doesn’t want to move she is good at putting her brakes on! But she does not mind having her leash or harness on.

He really likes playing with toys and listening to pop music. He needs to be an only dog and needs to have a fenced yard. He has his own private bedroom that is fenced at the doorway and he goes into a little cage so I can take him outside alone. He is very entertaining, but needs someone willing to put in the effort to help him continue to heal. He is a fun dog, but needs an adopter with good previous dog experience.

It takes Keebler time to let his guard down with new people. The longer he is with you, the less he tries to bite you. Handling him in the beginning is tricky. He will eventually be willing to sit on your lap. You have to give him time to feel comfortable with it. So far, he's not a fan of other dogs. He barks at them and tries to nip. Considering him best as an only dog for now, but working on it.
He has made tons of progress with us, unfortunately he still gets excited and tries to nip sometimes. He has so many moments of joy and growth, the potential is so obvious. Watching him heal is beautiful.

Adopt Annie. Annie is a 7 year old Bernese Mountain dog who was adopted then returned to FTO as her owners felt she did not adjust well to their home. She is a cautious and timid Berner who came back to the rescue with a great deal of anxiety and constant digestive problems. Since her return, Annie has come along way with her social anxiety. She now takes long walks, no longer afraid of people walking by, bikes, or cars. She continues to startle to loud sounds or unexpected movements. Annie seeks attention, loves hugs and pets, comes when called and no longer hides in her crate as long as she is in a familiar environment with familiar people. She does well with other dogs as they so provide her comfort. House training is a struggle for Annie due to her continuous digestive problems.
Annie would do great in a calm home with someone that will allow her the time needed to trust and feel comfortable. They will need to have patience with her as she will probably always experience some times of digestive problems and will require special food and medications.

Rumi is a fully vetted 12lb beautiful cream-colored Shih Tzu. Rumi spent her entire life, until now, as a momma for a commercial breeder, and now it's time for her to feel safe, loved, and adored. Her foster mom said she is a starter kit dog, as she had to learn some basics like how to drink water from a bowl, how to go up and down a few steps in the yard, and how to hunker down when someone is going to pet her. She has come a long way! Currently working on walking with a leash (which usually becomes being carried while walking down the sidewalk) and house training. She has been doing great when taken outside on a regular basis, but still has some accidents.
Rumi would do best in a home with another dog to show her the ropes, as she is very comfortable around smaller dogs. She did learn how to go up the doggy steps onto the couch, and that is her favorite place in the house. When outside she loves to lay in the sunshine and also likes to be on the top porch step, she says she likes being a little above ground level! Has not met any cats but has interacted with younger children with no problems as long as they give her some space initially.
Rumi would do best in a home where her parent(s)/family are home a lot. She does spend time in an open crate for her meals and to take naps, but boy she likes that couch! This little miss couch potato is fostered in Columbus.
